ATM Light Bar

By utilising all of our core products and In2tec ingenuity we were able to reduce costs of our customer's ATM light bar by more than 50%. Our vision was a single unit as opposed to the light guide and pcb assembly with phase 1 incorporating smart technology + silicon light guide and phase 2 taking away the hard substrate pcb and connector and replacing it with a single polyester based circuit with integrated tail connector. This vision has been relised with a cost saving exceeding £500K. Benefits A reduced number of components and therefore reduced cost. Inter-connect problems halved by flexible circuit Utilising silicon for its light conducting properties has the added bonus of providing enviromental sealing
