Pagentry London Bus Driver Communication Unit  In2tec redesigned this customers unit using its Membrane,  PCB and Keymat technology to reduce the overall size of  the unit.Replacing the discreet switches with a membrane  keymat soultion reduced the costs of manufacture. By  sourcing of the components and building of the complete  unit In2tec provided a full soultion at a reduced cost for this customer.

APD London Underground Comunication Unit  A communincation unit for the London Underground trains, built by  IN2TEC untilising there experience in Design, PCB and  rubber keymat technology in the complete contracted manufactured  assembly.

3D polyform Moulded Circuit Layer for Mobile Phones or Applications with Front Panel Size Restrictions ( Pat. Pending) A most exciting development for mobile phone manufactures. Traditional keypad switch technology has limited design, look and functionality of the phone, with In2tec's polyester/polycarbonate based flexible circuits the possibilities are innumerable. The fully functional circuit follows the contours of the panel with conductive contouring freeing up real estate, eliminating shape restrictions, reducing weight and importantly allowing the phones to be recycled. This is also a lead and copper free process with at least a 40% cost saving over todays Polyimide circuits.
