Prober Circuit for Hand-Held RFI System Analysis Unit In2tec devised a way of totally sealing the circuitry to completely shield the unit's self generated RFi output thus producing a more accurate external reading. This was achieved by spraying the inner panels with copper conductor and adhesing to the fully screened upper circuit. Using a Thick Film Polymer layer, more cost effective than FR4 circuitry we were also able to incorporate large scale compoments such as the integral speaker and microphone on a single substrate.

Rubber Keymat and Polymer Thick Film Dual led Output Switch for a Spectrum Analyser

This tactile rubber keymat was the first to utilise a centrally located led allowing the keymat and switch matrix to accommodate a dual action switch. An enviormentally sealed switch with full emc shielding. Should the rubberkeynat be compromised the integrity of the system is still safe, allowing for all weather testing.
