Jaguar F1 Steering Wheel
A Composite flexible low profile switch panel giving the benefits of
ultra low profile rotary controls, Very low weight and Single
combined assembly (for all steering wheel switching requirements) It
also minimises inter-connects via a flexible tail connector and flexible
circuit board. The unit is fully sealed to IP67 rating via silicone
switching keymat. In2tec have designed and developed this switch
panel to mount directly onto a carbon fibre steering wheel utilising a
polymer thick film substrate and Duraswitch thin profile rotary
switches.

benefits of self contained product housed in mirror, eliminates the need
to move existing internal components. The sensors and components are
on a flexible circuit inside the mirror, a hand placed on the mirror opens

Supplied for Plaxton Coaches Air-conditioning Panel with
extremely low profile rocker switch (patented by In2tec)
5mm depth below suface as opposed to standard rockers
(35mm) giving benefits of very low weight, Low cost tooling
(useful for low volume transport) Easily customised Rockers
and switches on one insert for low panel assembly cost. The
unique rocker switch is inserted with silicon rubber push
switch into the panel constructed of a graphic layer, pcb and
light guide assembly and metalised backplate. |
